Welcome to EntityFlow

EntityFlow is a real-time collaborative, self-hostable ERD (entity-relationship diagram) designer. You draw your database the way you think about it — tables, fields, keys, relationships and groups — and EntityFlow turns it into clean, dialect-correct SQL, validates it as you type, and lets your whole team edit the same diagram at the same time.

The EntityFlow editor with the Acme Storefront sample schema

It runs in your browser with nothing to install, ships as a desktop app, and can be fully self-hosted — bring your own database and identity provider. Sign-in is passwordless (your email address and a one-time code), and owners and admins manage their account in EntityFlow Hub.

What you can do

  • Design visually. Drop tables on an infinite canvas, add fields with the right types and constraints, and connect foreign keys by dragging between ports. EntityFlow routes the edges for you. → The Editor
  • Organise large schemas. Wrap related tables in container groups, annotate with sticky notes, and define reusable enum types. → Container groups
  • Generate SQL & DBML. Export production-ready DDL for PostgreSQL, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server and SQLite, plus DBML, PNG/SVG, PDF and JSON. → Export & SQL
  • Import from anywhere. Start blank, paste a query result, import DBML/JSON, or connect to a live database and keep your diagram in sync with it. → Import
  • Collaborate in real time. Multiple editors, live cursors, presence avatars and follow-mode — backed by a conflict-free CRDT that works offline. → Collaboration
  • Travel through time. Capture versions, compare any two, generate the migration between them, and restore or fork. → Versioning
