Export a PDF
When you need to hand a schema to stakeholders, a polished PDF beats a screenshot. Open File → Export PDF… to build a document with a branded cover page.
Build the cover
Set the details that appear on the front page:
- Title — the document name.
- Description — a short summary or context line.
- Logo — an optional image for branding.
- Cover design — pick one of five layouts:

| Color hero | Bold full-bleed colour block |
| Top band | A coloured header band |
| Framed | Bordered, document-style frame |
- Colours — choose main and secondary colours to match your brand.
Choose content and download
Pick which tables to include, watch the live preview render the full document, then click Download PDF.
