The side panel
The side panel mirrors your diagram as structured, editable lists — a faster way to work than chasing cards around the canvas. A rail on the side switches between sections.
Sections
| Section | What it does |

| Tables | A filter box, + Table, and a per-table accordion to edit fields, types, constraints, colour and description. Includes a Group by container toggle and a filter-by-container dropdown. |
| DBML | A live, read-only DBML rendering of the whole diagram, with a Copy button. |
| Refs | Every relationship, with its cardinality, colour, width and style. |
| Visuals | Areas and Notes sub-tabs. |
| Types | Your custom enums. |
| Versions | Saved snapshots of the diagram. |
| Settings | Appearance, language, account, security and API keys. |
The Tables, Refs, Visuals and Types sections are the structured counterparts of tables & fields, relationships, container groups and custom types. Versions drives snapshots, and Settings covers appearance, language and security.
Collapsing the panel
Collapse the panel from the top bar or the View menu to give the canvas the full width.
