Sharing & visibility
Use Share in the top bar to copy a link to the current diagram, ready to paste into chat, a ticket, or an email.
Visibility
Every diagram has a visibility setting:
| Visibility | Who can open it |
|---|---|
| Private | Just you. |
| Workspace | Everyone in the workspace. |
A private diagram can be promoted to a workspace so the whole team can open it — and you keep your own access when you do. This is the simplest way to take a draft you've been working on solo and make it a shared, collaborative document.
View vs edit
Who can view versus edit is governed by roles:
- A viewer can open a shared diagram read-only. This is enforced on the server and on the live websocket, so a viewer can't make changes even through the realtime channel.
- Editors and above can change the diagram.
To give someone access, an owner or admin invites them by email from EntityFlow Hub → Members. They join by signing in with that address and the one-time code EntityFlow emails them.
Managing diagrams
Open the Open dialog to manage your diagrams. From there you can:
- Rename a diagram
- Duplicate it
- Change visibility (Private ↔ Workspace)
- Delete it
Promote a diagram to your workspace before a review session, then drop the link into your team chat — everyone with access can join the live session instantly.
