EntityFlow Hub
EntityFlow Hub is where account owners and admins manage their EntityFlow account: its people and their roles, its organizations, workspaces and teams, single sign-on, feature controls, the audit log, the subscription and licences. It's a site of its own, separate from the editor, at https://hub.entityflow.dev/hub.
:::note The Admin Console has moved
The editor no longer has an administration area. Its old address, /admin, now redirects to EntityFlow Hub.
:::
Opening the Hub
- In the editor, open the account menu (your avatar, top right).
- Choose Manage account. EntityFlow Hub opens.
- Sign in with the same email address you use in EntityFlow. The Hub emails you a one-time code, exactly like the editor's passwordless sign-in.
The Hub is for owners and admins of an account. If your address administers several accounts, the Hub asks you to choose the one you want to manage.
The Overview page
The Overview page is an at-a-glance health check of your account:
- Plan — your current plan and its state (Trial, Active, Suspended or Cancelled).
- Usage — what you use against your plan's limits: members, organizations, workspaces, teams, diagrams and AI messages.
- Needs attention — anything on the account that needs your attention.
- Recent activity — the latest administrative events, with the full history in the audit log.
Sections
| Section | What you manage |

| Workspaces | Where diagrams live |
| Teams | Groups of people within a workspace |
| Members | People, invitations and roles |
| Single sign-on | Your OIDC identity provider |
| Feature controls | Features turned off for a scope, the assistant's cap |
| Audit log | Who changed what, and when |
| Subscription | Plan, features, limits, period, renewal, invoices |
| Licences | Self-host licence keys |
| Account | Your billing identity |
Feature controls
Feature controls let you narrow what your plan grants. For a scope — the whole account, an organization, a workspace, a team or a single person — you can:
- Turn a feature off, so nobody in that scope can use it.
- Cap the assistant — limit how many AI assistant messages a person can send.
Feature controls only take away: they can't switch on a feature your plan doesn't include. Like every gated feature, they're enforced by the server's permission checks, not by hiding buttons.
Self-hosted instances
On a self-hosted instance, Manage account and the upgrade prompts send people to the Hub set by EF_HUB_URL (by default https://hub.entityflow.dev). The Hub administers the instance through its platform API, which exists only when EF_OFFICE_KEY is set. See the Configuration reference.
New to the access model? Start with the Roles & permissions reference to understand how roles cascade across the organization → workspace → team hierarchy.
