Audit log
The Audit log page of EntityFlow Hub is an append-only, account-scoped record of administrative actions, shown newest first. Use it to answer the question every account owner eventually asks: who changed what, and when?

What each entry records
| Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
| When | The timestamp of the action. |
| Actor | The person who performed it (their email), or System for automated events. |
| Action | A dotted action name such as member.setRole or workspace.create. |
| Target | The affected resource — its type and id. |
| Details | Additional metadata captured for the event. |
Filtering and paging
- Filter by action to focus on one kind of change (for example, only role changes).
- Filter by actor to see everything a particular person did.
- Page further back to go through older history.

The log is append-only — entries are never edited or deleted, so it remains a trustworthy record for compliance and incident review.
