Subscription & billing
Three pages of EntityFlow Hub cover the commercial side of your account: Subscription, Licences and Account.
Subscription
The Subscription page shows:
- your plan and the features it includes (such as
ssoor theaudit-logadd-on), - its limits — members, organizations, workspaces, teams, diagrams and AI messages,
- the current period and the renewal date,
- your invoices, each downloadable as a PDF.
Account state
Your account is always in one of these states:
| State | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Trial | A time-limited evaluation. |
| Active | A paid subscription in good standing. |
| Suspended | Access to paid features is paused. |
| Cancelled | The subscription has ended; data is kept through the retention window. |
:::info Set by SYILAB The account's state follows your subscription and is set by SYILAB. You no longer activate, suspend or cancel the account yourself. To change plan or cancel, contact SYILAB from the Subscription page. :::
Licences
If you run EntityFlow on your own infrastructure, the Licences page lists the licence keys SYILAB has issued to your account for self-hosted add-ons. Copy a key or download it, then set it as EF_LICENSE_KEY on your instance. See Licensing for how a key is validated.
Account
The Account page holds your billing identity — the details that appear on your invoices:
- Name and legal name
- VAT number
- Address
- Billing email
